Texting while Driving as a primary offense

Thanks to the tireless efforts of advocates like Sharon Montgomery, the state legislature will be introducing a bill to make texting while driving a primary offense for all ages.  Sharon and I met with Rep. Michael Sheehy from the Ohio House 46th District, who has signed on to co-sponsor this bill.
